What will your responsibilities include? Here's what you'll do:
Prepare and submit insurance claims efficiently
Manage collections while courteously reminding patients of their balances
Interpret CPT and ICD 10 codes accurately (including managing procedure modifiers)
Compile medical records for submission to insurance companies
Communicate with insurance agencies on claim denials or appeals (diplomacy is key!)
Assist patients with their billing questions professionally
Handle additional administrative duties seamlessly
